Production Specialist

PanzerGlass® is globally recognized as one of the leading brands in screen protection. As the Production Specialist, you will ensure that production and vendors are managed thoroughly to create continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities

We are a team of + 20 colleagues in our Guangzhou office. You can look forward to a position with lots of supplier contact and cross functional collaboration. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Develop and refine vendor management strategies to enhance supplier performance and compliance.
• Streamline production processes through comprehensive vendor analysis, improving delivery reliability and lead times.
• Proactively assess risks associated with new products, collaborating with relevant departments to mitigate production risks.
• Manage procurement activities in alignment with pricing and volume strategies.
• Enhance cross-departmental workflows to optimize efficiency and collaboration.
• Conduct data analysis and generate departmental reports to inform decision-making.
• Participate in sourcing new suppliers, business projects and initiatives within the organisation.

You should expect some travelling activities.

Your profile

For this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in Supply Chain management. Your expertise in vendor management should be evident, along with your ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers. You should also possess strong communication skills, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, patience, and meticulous attention to detail. Your proactive and execution-oriented approach will be essential, as well as your ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.

Your proficiency in English, both orally and in written communication, will be crucial for effective collaboration with international stakeholders.
