We're looking for a Production Manager who is not only a master of product development cycles, logistics and budgets, but also a subject matter expert in the world of location-based entertainment, interactive installations, and cutting-edge immersive technologies - with a talent for business development and pitching innovative ideas to clients.

In this role, you’ll work closely with creative and technical teams, clients and partners to oversee the production of unforgettable experiences. From large-scale interactive exhibits to innovative live events, you’ll ensure every project is executed flawlessly. In this role you will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for immersive experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Foster strong client relationships by ensuring strategic and operational planning, while maintaining thorough communication throughout the production process.
  • Source and manage external partners as needed.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal and external creative, technical, and operational teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
  • Conduct risk analyses regularly and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful development.
  • Develop compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Provide insights on innovative production techniques in immersive or live event entertainment and best practices to enhance project execution.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in production management within location-based entertainment, interactive installations, live events, or immersive experiences.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, logistics, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Expertise in interactive technologies and experiential design.
  • Experience sourcing and managing external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
