Your territory
As a connection between our teams, you will:
- Create and maintain software solutions that support the day to day work of Tractive’s internal stakeholders (e.g. Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Support, Hardware)
- Support and enhance the way our products move from the factory to the customer and back
- Research, define concepts, document product requirements, provide written business requirements and user stories as needed, expected impact, risk, business-value assessment, etc.
- Manage initiatives on a company level and break them down into work packages oriented toward team development
- Prioritize backlog items according to their user and business values in collaboration with engineering team members. Provide support throughout the development of these backlogged items
- Monitor the performance of our products and correlate that with desired business and user outcomes
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement of our products and services
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of product ownership / product management experience
- Technical education and proven experience in driving software development projects
- Experience with and solid knowledge of digital products
- Experience with logistics is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Very good English skills
- A passion for the latest in (pet) tech
- Prior experience in software development a strong plus
- Valid Austrian work permit

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 55.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
