We are looking for a Dutch storyteller who works data-driven and who, together with our product teams and customers, gets the most out of our HR & Payroll software. Job requirements
What you will do:
You are a storyteller who turns product features into powerful stories so users experience the full value of our product. With your excellent command of Dutch you write persuasive texts that trigger action.
You make sure customers discover and activate the right features at the right time, with upsell as the primary goal. You use data, experiments (A/B) and customer insights to test and optimize campaigns.
You also smartly translate in-product campaigns to marketing material outside the product (such as calculators and content), ensuring activation and lead generation reinforce each other.
You will work closely with our other Product Marketeer, with whom you share responsibility for our product marketing approach. Together you ensure every launch hits the mark and that the product as a whole better matches what our users need.
You are our ideal Product Marketeer if you are good at:
- developing in-product communication flows (such as via WalkMe) that demonstrate feature value and stimulate use
- designing, testing and executing upsell campaigns that activate and upgrade customers
- storytelling: combining features into narratives that strengthen the customer journey
- writing persuasive texts in flawless Dutch that move users to act
- translating in-product campaigns into marketing material (feature pages, calculators, content) for activation and lead gen
- setting up and coordinating go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with product and sales
- conducting market and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve messaging
- creating marketing material such as product content and sales enablement materials
- training sales on new features, benefits and customer value
- defining, measuring and improving goals and metrics for product launches
What you bring:
You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, product design or product management, of which at least 3 years in product marketing (within SaaS) and know how to drive growth with in-product communication.
You are analytical, creative and customer-focused and enjoy experimenting and optimizing.
You speak fluent Dutch and English and communicate easily with sales, product and support.
Additionally:
- You have a growth mindset: you are used to testing, learning and optimizing;
- You have experience with WalkMe or similar in-product communication tools;
- You are data-driven and build campaigns based on research and insights;
- You understand how to address different customer personas via the right touchpoints;

- A gross monthly salary between âŹ3,700 and âŹ4,600, excluding holiday pay, depending on your experience.
