Tulip provides a SaaS-based mobile platform to empower retailers and better connect customer and store associate experiences. In 2021, Tulip announced that its newest product is Point of Sale - a new mobile-first, cloud-based checkout solution that will empower retailers to deliver a differentiated retail experience without the maintenance burden that comes with legacy POS.

As a Product Manager for POS, you will help lead our efforts to deliver the next generation mobile checkout experience.

What you will do:

  • Define product strategy and optimize our customers’ experience using a variety of inputs, and clearly articulate rationale behind product decisions
  • Define product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives
  • Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams at Tulip and external partners to design, build, launch, and market new product capabilities
  • Identify new growth opportunities via quantitative research, UX studies, and reviews of industry standard methodologies
  • Serve as the point person for your product area to leadership and across the organization

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of retail-tech, enterprise SaaS or related product management experience
  • Specific experience in POS/Checkout. 2+ years on product management, development, or implementation of Point of Sale systems.
  • Great relationship-building skills that shine when you’re talking with a customer, cross-functional partner, or engaging a diverse audience
  • Growth mindset, ability to see big picture and desire to play a key role in Tulip’s next big leap
  • Self-starter and track record of delivering results across the finish line
