Your territory

As part of our Product team, you will:

  • Work on strategic payment-related projects in an international context and find innovative solutions that cater to our customers' payment needs
  • Manage the relationships and partnerships between Tractive and our payment providers (Adyen, Paypal, etc.)
  • Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives to implement technical solutions and improve payment logics
  • Optimize payment authorization rates and other metrics across different domains (e-commerce and recurring subscription payments)
  • Provide custom payment options and analyze trends on a country basis (North America & Europe)
  • Drive and manage initiatives to lower involuntary churn and increase customer lifetime value
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing payments, especially recurring payments or subscriptions, in a mid to large scale B2C SaaS organization
  • Good technical knowledge and experience working with payment provider integrations (reading, understanding API documentation etc.)
  • Experience with chargeback management and fraud prevention tools
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Very good English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit

We work hybrid remotely. Team members work at least 2 days per week from our office in Linz (Austria)
