Job Description:

What you will do:

Primary mission

You will work on the Account section (Account Management), including account creation and the associated user experience (TEOP). You will contribute to product initiatives involving security, legal compliance and coordination between front-end and back-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of user account features.

• Integrate security and compliance requirements into product solutions.

• Interface with business, tech, security, e-commerce and legal teams.

• Participate in the prioritization process (BET) and help validate technical feasibility.

• Collaborate within a product team and support various cross-functional initiatives.

• Gather, understand and translate support team needs into the product.

Qualifications

What you bring:

Desired profile

• 3–4 years of experience (product management, project management or technical background).

• Ability to operate in ambiguity and clarify priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills: interacting with diverse stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of security and compliance challenges.

• Knowledge or awareness of front-end / back-end issues.

Soft skills

• Active listening and service orientation.

• Rigor and ability to structure work.

• Collaboration and team spirit.
