Ready to be part of our mission? We’re looking for a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to step into this maternity cover role. You’ll ensure we continue delivering exceptional user experiences for our app and digital products, improving and expanding Whering’s world-class product while keeping our users at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design work.
  • Experience creating responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (a must-have).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred but not required experience in:

  • Experience in the Gen-Z market, fashion, sustainability, apps, and/or B2B tech.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, or other product collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience creating brand assets and marketing materials, social media graphics, or presentation decks, or a willingness to contribute to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the product and tech team to design and refine user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Work closely with developers and the Product Manager to ensure designs are implemented as intended, including QA testing.
  • Continue ongoing projects and features that align with current and future business objectives.
  • Continual iteration and improvement of existing in-app features, using data-driven insights and research to improve existing features.
  • Maintain and evolve Whering’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
