What you will work on:

• You identify opportunities for performance optimization by day-to-day monitoring data relative to our door2gate and airport shuttle bus products; You ensure the profitability of our routes in close collaboration with our Network Planning and Pricing-Yield departments. You are able to propose action plans, and ensure their implementation.
• You ensure a continuous enhancing of the passenger experience by monitoring the customer satisfaction and propose and implement action plan;
• You make sure our service providers stay in line with the Flibco’s high quality standards and therefore perform regular quality control ;
• You perform anti-fraud control on our network and provide a report;
