Our Production team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and help us push our Work For Hire business to the next level. As a Senior Producer reporting to the Executive Producer, you will lead a dynamic and multidisciplinary team to create and manage the development of large-scale game projects. You will oversee projects at various parts of the development cycle, while ensuring that the client's vision, budget, and timeline are met. A key aspect of your role will be managing client relationships and setting realistic expectations. Your ability to deliver a high-quality product that aligns with the client's expectations and industry standards is crucial.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for pivotal client interactions, putting clients at ease by articulating the rationale behind action plans and accurately interpreting their needs.
  • Lead multiple medium-sized teams, inspiring and guiding them to achieve project goals.
  • Work closely with associate producers, producers, executive producers, and directors to ensure the project's vision, deadlines, and budget are respected.
  • Regularly conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation plans to address issues and ensure successful project development.
  • Engage, guide, and manage team members to help them achieve their objectives.
  • When necessary, manage relationships with third parties such as suppliers and partners.
  • Allocate resources according to the budget to ensure optimal project growth and efficiency.
  • Produce and manage budget reports, ensuring project profitability and the achievement or exceeding of objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and tools for effective project management.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the production of AAA games for PC/Console.
  • Solid history of leading the production of at least two published games.
  • Expertise in managing multiple cross-discipline teams.
  • Minimum of 3+ years as a Producer.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various aspects of game-making; a background in development, art, or production is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in developing processes and procedures for gaming production.
  • Experience with Unreal or Unity engines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
