Private Banking Analyst

Introduction: We are looking for recent graduates interested in the world of Private Banking. Teamwork, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills are the characteristics we are looking for.

What Your Activities Will Be: Within the Corporate Services and Equity Plans Structure, the candidate will receive training in the management and administration of equity plans—both Broad-Based Stock Plans and Managerial Incentive Plans—for major listed Italian companies.

What You Will Learn:

  • Collaborate on setting up and managing information flows for registries and operations of Equity Plans
  • Support the information and assistance desk for companies and Equity Plan beneficiaries
  • Learn techniques for managing banking relationships in service of the Plans
  • Deepen your understanding of reporting models applied to Plan beneficiaries and techniques for preparing and handling tax compliance related to the Plans

Required Qualifications to Apply:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Finance
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good command of the English language
  • Operational flexibility and willingness to engage constructively with colleagues
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and related tax regulations
