Salary conditions: 2,500 EUR/month We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience. Bonuses average around 40% of the annual salary based on individual and group performance and are paid semi-annually.

If you have senior experience (more than 5 years), we offer a fixed salary commensurate with your experience.

Purpose and job duties: We are looking for an experienced private banker who understands the world of investments and the needs of demanding clients. If you have worked with high-net-worth clients, can design tailored investment solutions and are looking for an environment where quality is prioritized over quantity, we'd like to meet you.

In this position you will:

  • Identify and approach potential clients and present private banking services, prepare documentation for contract closure;
  • Communicate regularly with clients, analyze their needs, keep clients informed about the status, structure and development of managed assets, and regularly inform them about new investment opportunities and new bank products for this segment;
  • Provide additional services and products for private banking clients in cooperation with other bank divisions;
  • Deliver private banking client service focused on relationship building and growth in results.

Required experience and education:

  • Master’s degree (economics field);
  • At least 3 years of experience in banking or selling investment products;
  • English language skills at B2 level or higher;
  • Knowledge of financial and banking products;
  • Excellent communication and sales skills;
  • Professional and polished demeanor.
