Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal SAP Business Analyst - MRM.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment.
- Will work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities.
- Involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications.
- Possessing a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported.
- Provide change management and training support.
- Required to participate in on-call support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience OR Master's degree with 8 years of experience.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 7 years CAMS experience:
- Experience with Order Maintenance, Shop floor Execution and Work Assignment in CAMS
- Strong Integration knowledge with ECC
- In depth knowledge of Complex Manufacturing Solutions
- Project lifecycle experience
Salary Range: $99,900 - $149,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
