What you’ll do
Your mission is to:
- Establish practices around design workshops and architecture decisioning which enable engineers to work autonomously and develop new initiatives, while applying high quality principles consistently.
- Define improvement themes for specific components in accordance with the Product Strategy and engage with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and Engineers to align on the execution plan, proactively gathering feedback and metrics.
- Establish yourself as influencer and technical authority, coaching engineers on architectural thinking and advanced engineering practices, representing Mambu at technical events and conferences and providing proactive technical leadership.
What you’ll bring
Your experience includes:
- Significant hands-on engineering experience, including as a contributor to any Open Source project and work in product-led SaaS company or scale-up environment;
- Roles in digital-only financial institutions (i.e. neo-bank, lender);
- Expertise in modern product management techniques, including product planning, product discovery and development.

The base salary for this position is €7300 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
