Our Games Team
Everybody in our Games team is first and foremost, a Game Maker and you will be no different. You will be working in small teams to rapidly design, prototype and iterate game ideas from yourself and the team, so although a master of your discipline, you will still have a huge voice when it comes to concepting and designing Games at Bandai Namco Mobile. Due to this, you must bring a deep understanding of the Mobile F2P Gaming Market.
Principal 2D Game Artist
We are searching for an experienced Game Artist, with experience shipping innovative mobile games.
In the role, you will be responsible for guiding the art for our upcoming new IPs, crafting distinctive art style guides to set the long-term visual direction for the project, as well as contributing directly as a hands-on artist, creating final 2D art for our games. A keen interest in creating universes during ideation and prototyping is essential.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in 2D Video Game Art, with expertise in Mobile
- Experience at multiple stages of Development, from Preproduction to launch
- Mastery of art fundamentals
- Excellent Character and Environment design skills
- Knowledge of current and next-gen art techniques
- Concept art creation and the ability to align the team on a unique vision
Bonus
- Hands-on experience with game engines
- Experience creating UI Assets and textures, modelling, or animation
- An understanding of 3D and Mobile Game Development requirements
- Experience managing Art Pipelines & Art Outsourcing
