Tasks you will become an expert in:

  • Participating in the creation of the Retail division’s business strategy and annual plans.
  • Supporting Intesa Sanpaolo’s domestic and international projects.
  • Contributing to the development of an innovative AI-based pricing system and supporting the implementation of AI-based solutions within an international banking group.
  • Preparing pricing proposals and presentations for the CIB Bank Management Board and the leadership of Intesa Sanpaolo’s International Division.
  • Working on domestic and international innovative projects.
  • Performing analysis and business-support tasks related to pricing; helping product development teams design pricing.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitors’ pricing policies and practices.
  • Continuously analyzing and interpreting data, intervening when necessary to achieve desired results (e.g., adjusting pricing).
  • Evaluating the financial effectiveness of pricing decisions and actions post-implementation, and recommending corrections.
  • Defining business requirements for pricing (IT) systems and overseeing their ongoing use.
  • Designing and developing end-to-end pricing processes to ensure effective market pricing.
  • Collaborating with other departments to implement strategy and representing Retail management in internal and external forums.
  • Providing professional guidance and development to pricing colleagues, especially medior and junior team members.

This role is for you if:

  • You have 5–10 years of professional experience.
  • You communicate confidently in Hungarian and English.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills.
  • You have high-level mathematical, statistical, and corporate finance knowledge.
  • You are familiar with banking products and the local banking sector.
  • You approach tasks with an innovative mindset.
  • You appreciate the option to work from home.
  • You are proficient with MS Office programs.
  • You have user-level SQL knowledge.
  • You value working with highly skilled professionals.
