Salary conditions

1,750 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,450 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 300 EUR and depends on your skill, so it could be more. Quarterly rewards average around 1,000 EUR depending on meeting individual and branch goals. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

• caring for premium clients,
• selling all banking products and services from VÚB bank's portfolio,
• actively (by phone and in person) approaching current and potential premium clients of the bank,
• seeking out various business opportunities.

Required experience

• secondary school with Maturita

Experience in the position/area:

• at least 2 years of banking experience

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

• you have at least 2 years of banking experience,
• you have at least a secondary school education with Maturita,
• you enjoy communicating,
• you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
• you have a sales spirit,
• you want to find the most suitable solution for clients,
• you are a trustworthy and reputable person,
• you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
