Salary Conditions

1,750 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,450 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 300 EUR, depending on your skill level it may be more. Quarterly rewards average around 1,000 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Personal Client Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for high-net-worth clients
  • Selling all banking products and services from VÚB Bank's portfolio
  • Actively approaching current and potential high-net-worth clients by phone and in person
  • Identifying various business opportunities

Required Experience

Education:

  • Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate

Experience in role/area:

  • At least 2 years of banking experience

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge: You are a suitable candidate if:

  • You have at least 2 years of banking experience
  • You have completed at least secondary education with a school-leaving certificate
  • You enjoy communicating
