Job Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract

Location: This role is based in our 20 Old Bailey, London office with a minimum of 2 days spent working in the office and the other days working at home.

Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits:  Up to £40,000 depending on experience plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

This is a six month fixed term contract covering maternity.  The role supports five members of the  Leadership Team within the Commercial area of our Retirement Solutions division.

Day to day this is a hands on position with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactive diary management
  • Responsibility for booking travel
  • Organising internal and external meetings and events
  • Recruitment /Onboarding
  • Expenses/Other administrative tasks

What are we looking for?

A PA who has solid experience in providing support to multiple senior leaders, who has the ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task as appropriate. Our PAs need to provide the best possible service as you will be helping the senior leaders achieve their business aims, make the best use of their time and reduce their administrative tasks.

In addition, you will need to have great attention to detail, act as a first point of contact, be a confident communicator with internal and external clients, be an effective gatekeeper to safeguard their time and to take on the responsibility for reminding your senior leaders of important tasks and deadlines.
