Your territory
As part of our US-team, you will:
- Guide a high-performing team of performance marketing professionals across paid media, influencer marketing, and analytics
- Design and execute Tractive’s US and Canadian performance marketing strategy across key channels, including Meta, Google, TV, Influencers, and Affiliate, ensuring alignment with EU initiatives, KPIs, and best practices
- Manage, optimize, and innovate customer acquisition programs by identifying and implementing impactful improvements
- Analyze marketing performance data daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions
- Co-lead short- and long-term marketing budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing performance management
- Partner with the EVP of North America and marketing leadership at Tractive HQ in Austria to align marketing initiatives with global business objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and improvement across all marketing activities
- Apply DTC subscription marketing expertise to drive growth, reduce churn, and optimize economics

Your profile
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in DTC performance marketing, preferably including subscription-based businesses
- Proven hands-on expertise and success in managing multiple channels, such as Meta, Google Ads, TV advertising, Amazon, CRM, Influencers, and emerging platforms
- Strong background in quantitative analysis, marketing attribution, and data-driven optimization
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and marketing performance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to scale customer acquisition and retention in high-growth environments
- Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including across time zones
