Performance Marketing Manager - Creative Specialist

The Role

As a key player in our fastest-growing market, the Performance Marketing Manager will specialise in creative performance. You will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition through advertising creativity. This role is all about combining strategic thinking with creative excellence to fuel our North American campaigns and drive market share growth.

You'll collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to develop high-impact content that captivates audiences and drives profitable results. With a balance of creative vision and analytical expertise, you'll not only craft compelling campaigns but also track performance, optimize strategies, and refine our approach through data-driven insights.

Success in this role requires strong teamwork and communication, as you’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to shape the future of Big Potato’s presence in the USA. If you're passionate about blending creativity with performance, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the creative and social team to ensure creative excellence for everything we run on paid social and Amazon. This includes the development of UGC, high production video, animation and still assets
  • Developing clear reporting of performance, to establish a feedback loop that allows everyone to improve over time
  • Working with the Performance Marketing Director to manage North American campaigns, especially over peak periods in Q4
  • Staying at the forefront of creative trends and execution, to surprise viewers and cut through the mass of content in a competitive industry
  • Supporting optimizing Amazon and Shopify listings, by working with our conversion rate specialist

  • At least 3 years of experience working with creatives
  • At least 1 year of managing performance marketing campaigns
  • Ability to think creatively and differently
  • Knowledge of basic statistics preferable

This a hybrid role and we ask our team to come into our office around the Stamford area 3 days a week?

Salary $80,000
