The position

Job description

In a context of organizational structuring and international expansion, you take on a pivotal role as a Senior People Partner. You engage both practically and strategically, delivering comprehensive people support to the business and teams within your domain, all while nurturing an exceptional employee experience.

As a seasoned and trusted advisor, you are the go-to person for your scope as you will actively contribute to their employee journey (from the onboarding to career development and potential off-boarding). You will also foster a fair and inclusive environment where teams can succeed through continuous improvement and personal growth.

Responsibilities

You will oversee critical business areas including Editorial & Marketing, as well as Product, Data & Tech teams.

  • With an in-depth understanding of these teams, you will serve as the primary HR point of contact, guiding employees through key stage of their journey—from onboarding and performance assessments to compensation reviews, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Take ownership of all people-related matters in your area, actively addressing challenges and facilitating smooth communication between employees and managers.
  • Provide expert advice to People Managers at all levels, including senior management, on day-to-day management issues, organizational design, individual performance reviews, promotions, learning needs and compensation strategies.
  • Lead internal mobility processes, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates, hand to hand with our TA team.
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team to manage disciplinary actions within your area.
  • Support employees with daily inquiries, offering guidance on learning and development opportunities, and helping them navigate their career growth within the company.

You will run high-impact programs aimed at scaling and developing a global approach.

  • You will design, implement and run new initiatives for our teams to enhance our employee experience (feed our performance experience, actively participe in high potential programs…)
  • You will build and run rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, to inform on program or process impact measurements

Preferred experience

Our Senior People Partner would be someone with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • A well-rounded experience on a variety of HR-related topics: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, legal, compensation & benefits. You are able to tackle all kinds of subjects and share your ideas and recommendations
  • An ability to build trust and develop strong working relationships at all levels of an organization. You use data to analyse a problem and recommend a solution
  • An excellent writing and conversational communications skills in both French and English
  • An experience in an international company
  • Organizational skills. You know how to prioritize your work and follow processes
