Your territory
As part of our Human Resources team, you will:
- Help one of Austria’s most successful digital businesses take their Human Resources to the next level - and join an international team with members from over 40 countries
- Be the contact person for legal requests regarding labor law
- Prepare payroll accounting for external payroll providers in Austria and Germany, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage and organize all administrative HR tasks, such as creating contracts and handling employment changes, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Be the first point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and guiding them through the onboarding process
- Act as the point of contact for our entities (Germany, UK, US) and our international payroll provider "WorkMotion"
- Analyze and enhance existing HR processes with a strong emphasis on automation and efficiency
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Some prior experience in HR, particularly with payroll and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to approach employee concerns with empathy and understanding
- Native-level proficiency in German
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 33,600 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
