What you’ll do
- Drive partner-sourced revenue by enabling partners to sell and deliver solutions with our platform.
- Lead co-selling initiatives, alongside partners to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines
- Create joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners, aligning sales, marketing, and enablement efforts to drive pipeline growth
- Establish and track KPIs to measure partner performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and company objectives.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
- Advocate for partners internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into our product and go-to-market strategies.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, with a focus on the ASEAN banking and fintech markets.
- Proven consultative selling of complex SaaS or cloud-based solutions across ASEAN countries.
- Successfully co-sell with partners, by executing joint business plans and closing partner-led deals.
- Strong understanding of core banking, payments, lending, digital banking, or fintech infrastructure solutions within ASEAN.
- Experience working with system integrators, technology providers, and fintech consultancies across ASEAN
- Deep knowledge of regional regulatory environments, banking ecosystems, and fintech trends across ASEAN.
