Key Objective

As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimising exceptional paid media strategies across multiple client accounts.

You’ll bring a fresh, data-driven approach to maximising the return generated by clients’ media spend, fuelled by a passion for A/B testing, detailed analysis, and persuasive ad copy—all with a goal of driving continuous growth and success for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across various brands, ensuring alignment with client objectives

  • Propose and manage split tests and other optimisation strategies to drive consistent improvement
  • Collaborate with clients’ development teams to improve landing page experiences and coordinate with creative teams for effective display ads
  • Have a deep understanding of client’s business objectives and design ROI focused paid media strategies
  • Work closely with the design team to develop visually captivating assets that drive engagement and maximise conversions for our campaigns

  • Assist with client onboarding on request - developing detailed paid media roadmaps tailored to individual accounts
  • Regularly update clients on ongoing strategies and campaign performance, including KPIs and optimisations.
  • Build and maintain client dashboards for real-time tracking and effective reporting.
  • Prepare and present reports and contribute to quarterly business reviews
  • Provide ongoing feedback to clients on improving ad performance, including identifying landing page optimisation and site functionality enhancements.

  • Partner with the Senior Manager to create proposals, contribute to client pitches and renewals

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in paid media platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads and analytics tools like Google Analytics (Meta and LinkedIn Ad experience also favoured)
