Job Description

If this is the project for you, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee a number of digital lead generation campaigns. You’ll be the subject matter expert when it comes to campaign performance and digital advertising strategies. You would be working hand-in-hand with a great team like our Chief Solutions Officer, Account Strategists, business development team, and more.

A successful contractor for this role must have deep knowledge and expertise of advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) including campaign creation, optimization, budget management, and analytics. They’d also be a go-getter who leads through empathy and sets clear expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create campaigns across multiple platforms (ex: Google Adwords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with the goal of achieving maximum ROI
  • Monitor campaigns closely in order to quickly adjust bids or budgets based on performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, pains points and make recommendations accordingly
  • Develop creative strategies that align with company goals
  • Optimize keyword bid strategies for highest ROI in search campaigns
  • Provide detailed monthly reports with analysis of key performance metrics

Requirements:

  • North American based and fluent in English
  • Proven experience creating successful PPC and Google Ads campaigns
  • Exceptional knowledge of platform tools such as AdWords, Analytics, & Meta
  • Ability to think creatively about different campaigns objectives and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Experience with ClickUp and Slack
  • Client-facing and account management experience
