Join Scoro’s marketing team as our next Paid Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for paid media and performance marketing programs.  You will manage a 6-digit budget and ensure it is spent effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to capture leads ready to buy and support demand generation efforts to build awareness among our target audience.

You will collaborate closely with other Marketing team members, especially our Content and Product Marketing and Sales and Revenue Operations teams.

To be successful, you must have in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search(Google, Bing), retargeting(LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display Ads), review sites(e.g., G2, Capterra), social network advertising(LinkedIn), and content distribution(LinkedIn).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital campaigns with overall business objectives;
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales team to generate qualified sales leads and opportunities that drive the pipeline;
  • Analyzing the performance of different paid channels and verticals through in-depth analysis, and recommending improvements in areas such as budget allocation, content strategy, and targeting;
  • Collaborating with our Google Ads agency to ensure optimal budget spend and results;
  • Working closely with our Content team to ensure we have relevant content and creatives for the campaigns. Continuously providing feedback on the performance of content and messaging to optimize campaign effectiveness;
  • Creating and managing retargeting campaigns in different channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display ads);
  • Creating and managing demand generation campaigns on LinkedIn (from a content distribution perspective) to build awareness in the target market;
  • Gathering insight from demand gen campaigns and using it to inform our salesteam on the most engaged high-value prospects;
  • Experimenting with new ideas - proactively exploring and testing new channels, tools, segments, creatives, etc.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Paid Marketing Experience: Proven experience in managing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns with a focus on paid marketing (Google, Linkedin) in B2B, preferably SaaS company;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business results through paid campaigns;
  • Analytical Skills: you can utilize data, measure campaign performance, and make recommendations based on data analysis;
  • Mastery in time and project management: effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Collaborative Skills: strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to nurture connections with key stakeholders internally and externally;
  • Communication Skills: proficiency in written and verbal communication in English;
  • Team Player mentality: you’re team-focused and always ready to contribute ideas and support cross-functional initiatives.

You get extra points for:

  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) in the SaaS industry;
  • Experience with modern demand generation practices;
  • Knowledge or experience in a professional services industry (e.g., agency, consultancy);
  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools.
