Paid Advertising Coordinator

This is a remote position.

We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with uploading creative assets to a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account.

Time Commitment:5–10 hours per week, flexible during the client's business hours, Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities:

• Upload creative assets (images, videos, text) to Meta Ads Manager
• Follow detailed instructions on which assets go into which campaigns and ad sets
• Double-check placements to ensure accuracy
• Communicate any issues or questions promptly
• Maintain organized records of uploaded content

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Min 2-3 Years Experience Meta Ads Manager
• Reliable and consistent availability each week
