Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on the performance of paid ads, using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads with broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Support the design and creation of digital content for ad campaigns, working closely with content creators to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and monitor their performance.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar focused on scheduling and executing paid campaigns.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by senior staff to support the overall marketing strategy.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with Google AdWords and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Wix and content management for landing pages or ad-related web content.
  • Ability to show month-by-month results from paid campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for ad content creation.
  • A proactive attitude and strong analytical skills.
