Are you a structured and customer-focused professional with an eye for detail? Do you want to play an important role in translating customer specifications into a concrete result? Then we have the perfect challenge for you as Order Coordinator.

What will you do as Order Coordinator?

As Order Coordinator you are the connecting link between the customer and the various internal teams. You translate customer specifications into technical drawings and quotations, assemble production packages and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the order process. You are responsible for calculating costs, preparing quotations and tracking the progress of orders via our ERP system. In addition, you monitor order progress and maintain both internal and external customer contact throughout the entire process. You report regularly to the Manager Sales on order status.

If you are someone who likes to get things done and always keeps an overview, this is the perfect challenge for you! You have a pragmatic attitude, can set priorities well and can communicate at any desired level. In addition you have:

• MBO4 working and thinking level and experience with order coordination or technical sales.
• Experience creating quotations and translating customer specifications into production documents.
• Customer-oriented, strong communication skills and good collaboration with different teams.
• Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
