As we move forward with confidence, we have the opportunity to grow and develop our business vision, which is to help our customers to plan and look forward to a bright future. Together, there is so much to look forward to.

A background in 2nd line implementation of Operational Risk Management is desirable. Otherwise, 1st or 3rd line of defence specialism in Operational Risk will be considered.

Awareness and focus on business priorities and key change programmes, providing an appropriate level of risk support and challenge.

Support  2nd line of defence team members and interact cooperatively and productively with 1st line of defence to drive positive risk outcomes through the influence of key stakeholders, gaining executive buy-in; and

Promote and communicate good risk management practices internally and represent the implementation and embedding of these practices externally to the Phoenix Group and the regulatory bodies (CBI).
