Job Description
As an Online Booking Assistant, you’ll be the digital face of a bustling skincare studio, managing client inquiries and appointments through Instagram. You’ll handle 20-30 daily inquiries, converting leads into bookings with a target 70% success rate. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, social media management, and appointment scheduling, ideal for those passionate about beauty and digital communication.
Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to Instagram direct messages and ad inquiries
- Book client appointments using the salon’s system
- Manage online bookings between Instagram and salon software
- Follow up with potential clients to increase conversion rates
- Provide basic information about skincare treatments and services
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in all digital interactions
Requirements
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Instagram for business use
- Experience with online booking systems
- Basic knowledge of skincare treatments and beauty services
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work during peak hours (e.g., 10 AM to 2 PM AEST)
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
