We will give you a thorough onboarding to make sure you are well educated and equipped to handle your areas of responsibility, both short and long-termed. You will join a great team of 13 colleagues in the Finance department.

Key responsibilities

More specifically your responsibilities will be;

• Maintain bank transactions daily
• Handle vendor invoices sent for approval and posting
• Support customer request
• Reconciliation of customer, vendor and balance sheet accounts
• Handle daily general ledger posting
• Take part in month end close of the PanzerGlass Group
• Support the external reporting

Your profile

We expect you to have finalized your HHX exam or similar. Maybe you have some experience from spare time jobs. Importantly, you have a great passion for numbers.

With an analytical mindset, you have the interest to drive the everyday actions and process optimization. We expect you to work structured and focused with your tasks.

You are on a learning journey, and we expect you to feel comfortable reaching out whenever you need support or you are curious.

You can look forward to joining a truly global company with multi-cultural teams. This requires a great interest in different cultures and good communication skills. Being an international company, we expect you speak, read and write English.

Moreover, your Excel skills are good, and you have an interest in using the tool practically.
