Purpose of Position

As a member of our Global Office Management team – the heart of our locations – you are responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our London office. You represent Awin as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent service to all guests on site. You support Awin Global and play an important role in our sustainability activities as well as ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards.

Key Tasks

  • You take ownership of service contracts and office contracts.
  • You lead routine environmental responsibilities and help keeping the site aligned and up to date
  • You are responsible for health management and the area of occupational safety.
  • You are working on global tasks, e.g., site support, coordination of co‑working spaces, within our global office management team etc.
  • You organise the entire office operations and coordinate service providers (e.g., facility management, catering).
  • You support the creation of the annual budget and the quarterly forecasts with senior management.
  • With your friendly and service‑oriented manner, you welcome Awin’s guests and clients — both in person and on the phone.

Skills and Expertise

  • At least three - five years of professional experience in a service‑oriented role
  • Strong team orientation and a hands‑on mentality
  • Professional communication with external and internal customers at all levels in English
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Proactivity and high motivation
  • Very high reliability, results orientation, and a strong focus on quality
  • Good proficiency in working with MS Office
