We are looking for an attentive and organized Office Manager to maintain the everyday operations of our Berlin office, making it a friendly space for our employees and associates.

The role is for 30 hours per week and requires fixed working hours on five days per week between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please note: this is a fully on-site position; remote or home office work is not possible. Salary on a 75% workweek starting from 30k.

What you'll be doing:

Office organization & maintenance

  • Make sure the space feels organized and welcoming.
  • Take care of plants and coordinate waste disposal.
  • Stay in touch with cleaning services, tradespeople, and property management.

Material & supply management

  • Keep an eye on snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, and office materials.
  • Do regular inventory checks and reordering.

Coworking space coordination

  • Search for new coworkers & host office visits for potential coworkers.
  • Manage contracts and communication with coworkers.
  • Be the main point of contact for questions about workstations and devices.

Handle day-to-day administration

  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Support with internal events and employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate any additional tasks that arise in daily office life.

  • Good English skills (German would be helpful).
  • Proficient in utilizing standard digital tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
