The role

This is our entry-level role into the world of NPD - the perfect launchpad if you're passionate about food, nutrition, and product innovation. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full development cycle, from kitchen samples to customer shelves, while learning how we blend flavour, function, and sustainability in every product.

Here’s an insight into what you’ll get up to:

• Support NPD Managers across multiple product categories on projects from concept to launch.
• Leading the organisation of our Innovation Academy (on-site kitchen), managing stock rotation, ingredient shelf life & readiness for kitchen trials.
• Supporting across categories on internal sensory testing, preparing samples and owning ingredient testing regime to ensure product quality meets our high-performing standards.
• Keeping recipe documentation up to date and organised.
• Liaising with suppliers to support ingredient sourcing and recipe formulation.

What we're looking for in you

This role is best suited to someone with a Food Science or Nutrition Degree and experience in a kitchen, lab or food development environment. This role is all about learning by doing, so we’re looking for someone who’s eager to get hands-on, loves food, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-led environment.

You’ll also have:

• A basic understanding of Nutrition, food science, food safety (e.g. HACCP).
• Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainable innovation & continuous improvement.
• A curious mind with a love for solving creative and technical challenges.
• A team player who’s always ready to get stuck in - no task too big or small.
