NE-Ssr. QA Manual Engineer

This is a remote position.

Nexton is seeking an exceptional QA Engineer to join our team! You will work in a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus in your approach to build the best solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Manual QA of all the stories including design, development and automation.

• Reproduce challenging bugs, investigate issues, and find answers to technical questions.

• Define test cases, improve data integrity and analyze potential risks.

• Prevent from damages in production.

• Collaborate with the prioritization, structuration, establishment and understanding of tasks.

• Create documentation in order to consolidate all our company records.

• Be part and drive Scrum meetings such as Dailys, Retrospectives, etc.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Manual QA experience.

• 2+ years working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Self-driven, proactive attitude.

• Fluent advanced English & Spanish.

• Location: LATAM.

• Excellent communication skills, specifically focused on describing steps to reproduce bugs in software, documenting test cases, and reporting progress on tasks.

Nice to have:

• SQL knowledge.

• Good spreadsheet management experience.

• Experience in automation QA with Selenium or similar is a plus.

• Experience with to create workflows like Zapier.

• Hubspot and Zoho recruit is a plus.

• Experience with the Chrome developer console is a plus.
