NE-Sr. Talent Relations Analyst

This is a remote position.
Nexton is looking for a Sr. Talent Relations**Analyst** who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong post-hire relationships for the life cycle of our contractors, providing constant assistance, a quick resolution of problems, and retention plans. Our ideal candidate has both passion and experience in people-care and also a strategic and a hands-on mindset, ready to take on new challenges and defy the status quo.
You will be responsible for supporting and guiding all talent to success. Tasks will be focused on following up on their well-being, evaluating the effectiveness and impact of our existing processes and programs and proposing new solutions or improvements, and assisting in developing talent retention ideas.
Responsibilities:
People Care: be an active listener and assist talent in their career path, following up on their performance and well-being. Prevent and resolve occasional obstacles. Work on talent retention initiatives.
Termination Process: Provide assistance to our talent in either client or voluntary termination processes. Be the bridge between contractors and accounting to ensure a neat ending of our contractual relationship but maintaining a bond for future opportunities.
- Talent Relations programs and initiatives: Work collaboratively to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our existing processes and programs and propose improvements and/or create new ideas.

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Project Management skills to move initiatives forward.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Advanced written and spoken English skills.
Experience in the Software Development industry.
- IT technical knowledge and notions.
