This is a remote position.

We are looking for a world-class Jr. Visual Designer to join Nexton! You will work on the Nexton identity to create a strong and consistent design system to take the brand and product to the next level. The applicant must have experience designing digital assets, a great sense of aesthetics, an affinity for minimal design, typography, and attention to detail. A strong ability to break complex problems into simple steps and elegant solutions is key to success at Nexton. We are a fast-paced company with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

Create materials for social media based on the brand guidelines.
Create and help with the creation of internal and external communications materials. (such as presentations, flyers, and newsletters).
Apply the existing brand guidelines to the visual materials.
Help ensure the consistency of the brand throughout the communications.

Requirements

1-2 yrs experience in similar roles.
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
Good organization and communication skills.
Attention to detail and creativity.
Proactive attitude and be eager to improve over feedback.
Ability to flawlessly speak and write in English (minimum Advanced level).
Must have experience with paid display advertising.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with component-based or Atomic Design design philosophy is a strong plus.
A high-level understanding of technology and software development is a plus.
Spanish speaking skills.
