Position Description

As a mobile deployment manager at Ubisoft Montréal, you will be responsible for planning, submitting, and tracking mobile game releases for multiple studios worldwide. You will act as the central point of contact for production operations, ensuring team alignment, issue visibility, and adherence to Ubisoft’s quality standards. The mobile release management role is essential to the success of launches and ongoing live operations.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for mobile releases with multiple studios and international partners.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate release schedules, taking into account store constraints and internal dependencies.
  • Coordinate release-related communications with production, development, quality assurance, business, and store partner teams.
  • Prepare and manage submissions to mobile stores, including builds, metadata, and required assets, while following certification processes.
  • Track timelines, identify risks, and implement actions to prevent delays or blockages.
  • Support live operations and post-launch updates, including urgent fixes when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Ubisoft quality standards, store policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear visibility on release status to support stakeholder decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong release management and organizational skills in multi-project environments.
  • Hands-on experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including full application configuration.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility in high-stakes contexts.
  • Technical curiosity and problem-solving abilities related to store tools and backend features.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Proactive mindset enabling analysis of complex information, effective prioritization, and solution proposals.
