\* 1-3 years, Customer Service. Contact/Call Center and Banking experience is preferred.
\* Must be available to consistently work hours of operation in the Call Center (8:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F, possible Saturdays)
\* Team player who thrives in collaborative environment.
\* Strong organizational skills and follow through.
\* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
\* Strong PC skills, call center software experience a plus.
\* Sales skills, banking preferred.
