Medical Specialist Digital Care
Posted 1 month ago
Only considering candidates eligible to work in Netherlands ⚠️
At Luscii you work on digital care programs that really make an impact. In this role, you dive deep into the wishes and needs of doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals: you research how they work, where bottlenecks lie, and what is needed to organize care more intelligently. You then translate those insights into concrete care pathways and digital solutions that align with guidelines and the daily reality of care.
In this way, you create practical, guideline-compliant workflows that help physicians standardize care, save time, and safely monitor patients remotely. Luscii thus becomes a tool that supports healthcare professionals in their daily practice.
As part of our Medical Mind team, you use your background as a physician and your clinical experience to create safe, effective, and user-friendly workflows. You work closely with hospitals, key opinion leaders, and other care organizations to successfully implement digital care. In doing so, you contribute to better outcomes, more patient autonomy, and a reduced workload for healthcare professionals.
Among other things, you will:
- Develop and optimize care programs and pathways together with hospitals, doctors, and care organizations that directly contribute to better patient care.
- Design workflows that create clarity for healthcare professionals and are easy for patients to follow.
- Participate in partner and client meetings to share clinical insights and build sustainable relationships.
- Translate clinical needs into clear, actionable input for our product and tech teams so that improvements truly benefit patients and professionals.
- Assess whether the needs of new (including international) clients match Luscii’s offerings and where we can make an impact.
Why Luscii?!
Direct impact, worldwide – At Luscii your work contributes to transforming healthcare on a global scale. From the Netherlands to the United Kingdom and from Africa to Asia, we empower healthcare professionals to guide their patients remotely. No managers, only responsibility – We believe in autonomy over hierarchy. That means we have no managers. Everyone takes full responsibility, shares ideas openly, and drives real change together.
Work smart and efficiently – We work four days a week because rest fuels creativity and life outside of work is important. Our rhythm is focused, efficient, and deeply human.
Flexible remote work – Work from any location in the Netherlands. Join stand-ups from your kitchen table, collaborate with teammates across Europe, and meet in person when needed.
Learn fast, grow faster – Innovation in healthcare demands curiosity. At Luscii, you join a talented team that continuously learns, shares knowledge, and pushes boundaries.
A culture where you feel at home – We build serious things without taking ourselves too seriously. Expect fun, responsibility, trust, and celebrations—because good work deserves it.
