At Luscii, you work on digital care programs that truly make an impact. In this role, you will dive deeply into the wishes and needs of physicians, specialists and other healthcare professionals: you will investigate how they work, where bottlenecks exist and what is needed to organize care more intelligently. You will also translate those same insights into concrete care pathways and digital solutions that align with guidelines and the daily reality of care. Thus, you create practical, guideline-compliant workflows that help physicians standardize care, save time and safely monitor patients remotely. Luscii thereby becomes a tool that supports healthcare professionals in their daily practice.

As part of our Medical Mind team, you will leverage your background as a physician and clinical experience to create safe, effective and user-friendly workflows. You will work closely with specialists and colleagues, hospitals, KOLs and other healthcare organizations to successfully implement digital care. In doing so, you contribute to better outcomes, more patient empowerment and a lower workload for healthcare professionals.

You will work on tasks such as:

• Designing workflows that create clarity for healthcare professionals and are easy for patients to apply.
• Developing and optimizing care programs and pathways together with hospitals, physicians and healthcare organizations that directly contribute to better patient care.
• Participating in partner and client conversations to share clinical insights and build lasting relationships.
• Translating clinical needs into clear, actionable input for our product and tech teams so that improvements truly help patients and professionals.
• Assessing whether the needs of new (also international) customers match what Luscii offers and where we can make an impact.

• Salary: A monthly salary ranging between €4000 and €6900 gross per month (based on 32 hours a week – which is full-time at Luscii). We consider factors such as the amount and relevant experience in clinical environments and similar roles.

• You are a physician with a passion for digital healthcare and transformation, with practical and clinical experience in hospital settings and a completed degree in Medicine.
