At Luscii you work on digital care programs that truly have impact: they give healthcare professionals more time for their patients and help patients better monitor and understand their health. As part of our Medical Mind team you translate medical knowledge into practical solutions that make a difference every day in hospitals and care locations. You work closely with hospitals, physicians, KOLs, specialists and other healthcare organizations to design and improve care pathways, fully aligned with guidelines and the reality of care.

In this role you use your background as a physician / medical doctor and your clinical insights to contribute to clear and user-friendly workflows that are safe, effective and relevant. You help our partners deploy digital care successfully and thereby contribute to better outcomes, more patient autonomy and reduced workload for healthcare professionals.

You will among other things work on:

• Developing and optimizing care programs together with hospitals, physicians and care organizations that directly contribute to better patient care.
• Designing workflows that create overview for healthcare professionals and are easy for patients to apply.
• Staying up to date with guidelines, laws & regulations and digital care standards to ensure clinical safety and quality.
• Participating in partner and client conversations to share clinical insights and build sustainable relationships.
• Translating clinical needs into clear, actionable input for our product and tech teams so that improvements truly help patients and professionals.
• Assessing whether the needs of new (including international) clients fit what Luscii offers and where we can make an impact.

• Salary: A monthly salary in the range between €4,000 and €7,400 gross per month (based on 32 hours per week – that is fulltime at Luscii). We consider, among other things, the amount and relevant experience in clinical environments and similar roles.

• You are a physician and passionate about digital health and transformation, with practical and clinical experience from the hospital;
• You feel at home in both clinical and technological environments. From your background and experience you have built a direct and relevant network to leverage – to kickstart the Medical Mind work from Luscii;
• You are a born collaborator who easily builds trust and connections. You are open to visits to (potential) healthcare partners for in-person meetings when needed;
• You are confident, constructive and not afraid to say ‘no’ when necessary;
• You communicate clearly, know where you can have influence, are eager to learn and want to further develop yourself;
• You are curious about self-managing, holacratic work cultures and ready to thrive in a flexible and creative environment;
• You speak fluent Dutch and English.
