Purpose and Activities

Within the Real Estate technical structure, you will have a central role in managing mechanical, sanitary and fire-fighting systems for the Group's real estate assets, with particular attention to office buildings and bank branches.

You will be responsible for implementing and validating design, quality and execution standards for plant interventions, ensuring that every phase meets the Bank's quality criteria.

You will be involved in design support, contributing to the preparation of feasibility studies and outline designs, providing technical documentation.

You will closely follow the technical supervision of routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions, also through the use of BMS supervision systems, ensuring operational continuity and the efficiency of the systems.

Your contribution will also be essential in supporting certification activities and inspections required by competent authorities such as, by way of example and not limited to: ASL, INAIL and CIVA.

Furthermore, you will actively participate in managing projects aimed at energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, with a particular focus on reducing emissions and energy transition.

You will finally be responsible for preparing, verifying and monitoring budgets for plant interventions, as well as coordinating with authorization authorities and contracting companies in the various design and operational phases.

Required Experience

  • At least 4-5 years of experience gained at plant engineering companies, technical firms or specialized engineering companies.
  • Operational skills in managing mechanical and special systems in complex building contexts.
  • Experience in drafting technical documents, managing maintenance interventions and preparing technical-administrative documentation.

  • Operational autonomy, reliability and precision in carrying out activities;
  • Proactivity and problem solving attitude;
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Results-oriented approach.

Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma as Thermotechnical Expert (Perito Termotecnico) with proven experience in the role, with competencies in the energy field.
  • Knowledge of technical regulations related to safety on construction sites (Legislative Decree 81/08), electrical systems, lifting systems, air conditioning systems and fire prevention systems.
  • Proficiency with IT tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AutoCAD.
  • Ability to manage energy consumption and to operate autonomously in the operation of complex systems.
  • Knowledge of plant supervision and control systems (BMS).
  • Driving license B.
  • Availability to travel within the territory.
