What you’ll do
Are you a creative content creator and storyteller who loves to bring ideas to life? As our Marketing Specialist (Copy & Content), you’ll be on the cross road of a copywriter and a content manager. You will be responsible for crafting impactful content that strengthens Mambu’s brand and making sure our owned channels reflect your vision. Whether it’s writing compelling blog posts, engaging social media content, sharp email campaigns, or scripting for videos; you’ll know how to create content that resonates with a B2B audience. You’ll ensure that our “confidently clear, refreshingly real, and boldly bright” tone of voice is consistently applied across all channels. Key responsabilities will include:
- Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, case studies, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and new formats you’ll introduce
- Develop and maintain editorial guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
- Manage content calendars and oversee a balanced mix of evergreen and campaign-driven content
- Optimize content using SEO best practices, audience insights, and performance data
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality content output
- Support cross-channel marketing campaigns with persuasive B2B copywriting that drives action and conversion
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a versatile B2B copywriter and content marketer who understands content strategy and knows how to tailor messaging for different audiences and platforms. If you’re a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling, a sharp editorial eye, and a passion for creating high-impact content, this role is for you.
- 1-5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or content marketing
- Able to join our bi-weekly team brainstorms in the Amsterdam office
- Fluency in English with proven experience in B2B content writing
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging tailored to different customer personas
- Experience writing for B2B audiences, preferably in Finance, SaaS, or Tech
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with designers, strategists, and external writers
- A passion for innovation, always looking for new ways to enhance content effectiveness and drive engagement
