Xponent21 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Projects Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless project execution for our clients. This junior-level position is ideal for a creative and organized individual who thrives on managing multiple projects, fostering client relationships, and contributing to impactful marketing campaigns.
As a Marketing Projects Coordinator, you will assist with content development, SEO, project management, social media, and client relationship management, while also identifying opportunities to grow client accounts through one-off projects that align with their business goals. Your role will directly support our client services team by alleviating workload conflicts and enhancing service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Content Development & SEO
- Assist in the development if comprehensive content strategies that align with client goals, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Conduct research to identify content gaps, audience needs, and market trends to inform planning and strategy.
- Assist in creating SEO-optimized website copy, blog articles, and marketing materials.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
- Help maintain and improve website content quality and relevance.
- Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget and meet quality expectations.
- Track progress and prepare status updates for stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for clients with active projects, fostering trust and rapport.
- Communicate project goals, deliverables, and updates clearly and professionally.
- Identify and propose opportunities for one-off projects to address client needs.
- Social Media
- Assist in development and execution of innovative social media strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience preferences, and KPIs.
- Establish, design, and optimize social media accounts for clients.

Skills Required
