Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Marketing Lead to oversee and execute all marketing initiatives for our Meditation Teacher Training Program and corporate meditation offerings. The ideal candidate is an adept communicator with exceptional writing proficiency and a demonstrated expertise in utilizing platforms such as Mailchimp, AirTable, Canva, Squarespace, and Thinkific.
As the Marketing Lead, you will provide excellence by:
- Managing and executing email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp to attract new students to the Meditation Teacher Training program.
- Following up with corporate leads to secure meditation sessions for their teams and businesses.
- Responding to scholarship requests and guiding potential students through the enrollment process.
- Maintaining and updating a "pipeline" of prospective students and corporate leads in a Google Spreadsheet.
- Writing and crafting compelling email content, as well as speaking with leads on the phone to promote the program and facilitate enrollments.
- Joining live classes, participating in breakout rooms, and tracking attendance and participation in class.
Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be our Marketing Lead?
You are highly qualified if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Proficiency in Mailchimp, AirTable, Canva, Squarespace, Thinkific, and Google Docs.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and perfect grammar.
- A self-starter attitude, able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills to track leads, pipeline updates, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Must be presently residing in the Philippines.
Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity aligned with U.S. hours. The role requires a commitment of hours ≈ 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt as needed to meet business demands.
