The role:

We are looking for a creative, driven, and strategically minded Marketing Executive to lead the storytelling and brand amplification of L.E/Miami ( https://lemiami.com/) and SET ( https://www.settheshow.com/). This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of audience engagement, content creation, and brand positioning, offering the chance to shape the voice and visibility of two trailblazing brands at the intersection of luxury travel and entertainment.

You’ll be at the heart of our global campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Manager to bring big ideas to life across email, social, digital, and live moments. From strategy to storytelling, you’ll get stuck into it all.

What you will do:

Lead Campaign Execution

• Deliver smart, on-brand campaigns across email (Pardot), web (WordPress) and social (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Own the social calendar — planning, creating, scheduling and community-managing with flair
• Manage content across digital platforms — ensuring it's fresh, accurate, and on-message
• Coordinate timelines and approvals via Asana to keep creative workflows running like clockwork

Create Impact & Drive Engagement

• Build beautifully crafted emails and segment with strategy
• Write snappy, effective copy across touchpoints
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver standout assets
• Support on-site brand activations and content capture during our unforgettable live shows

Support Strategy & Insights

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Pardot and platform insights — and feed insights back into future planning
• Contribute to campaign planning and team brainstorms with ideas that move the dial
• Provide light-touch admin support to keep campaigns and projects running smoothly

What you will need:

• Experience in a marketing role (ideally in events, travel, or luxury sectors)
• Feel confident running multichannel campaigns and juggling moving parts
• Know your way around Pardot, WordPress, Asana, and Google Analytics(or comparable tools)
• Have excellent writing and communication skills
• Are organised, independent and calm under pressure
• Bring curiosity, energy and a positive, proactive mindset
• Are excited by travel, culture, creativity and the power of community

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
