Marketing Coordinator

Sensei Labs seeks a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As an enterprise SaaS company with global operations, we sell to some of the largest companies in the world. This role will work closely with our marketing agency partner, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. What you’ll do

  • Write and edit ongoing copy for various platforms, including social media posts, blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Manage AI copywriting tools to generate and optimize content.
  • Lightweight video production for social media (shoot, edit, post).
  • Ensure all content is aligned with Sensei Labs' brand voice and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sensei Labs leadership and the Marketing Agency to set and maintain the editorial calendar.
  • Plan and execute content strategies that align with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for optimization.
  • Work with outsourced list generation providers to develop and maintain prospect lists.
  • Ensure accurate and timely loading of prospect data into HubSpot.
  • Own and manage HubSpot, overseeing all marketing operations and ensuring data integrity.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
  • Manage relationships with other vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and conferences to promote Sensei Labs' products and services.
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up activities to maximize event impact.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Three+ years of experience in marketing, with at least two years in a similar role within an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Proven experience managing marketing operations and content creation, including experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is a plus), social platforms, and AI copywriting tools.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in the enterprise software sector.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM, marketing automation, and reporting functionalities.
  • Experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with AI copywriting tools and their application in content creation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to write for diverse audiences and platforms, including social media, blogs, emails, and landing pages.
  • Experience with content strategy, editorial planning, and calendar management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors, managing relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Experience conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Given the close collaboration with our CEO and our sales team, who are all in office four days a week, this role will be in office as well.
